Se réappropriant ou recréant les idiomes de certaines musiques ethniques, Ghédalia Tazartès s'invente un monde imaginaire qui semble s'inspirer de différentes traditions oubliées. Musicien bricoleur de génie, chanteur aux accents improbables, Ghédalia Tazartès déverse un flot de sons et d'ambiances, voix et mélodies étranges, tissant la trame d'une bande son hallucinatoire qui rend compte de l'univers du spectacle «Jeanne» (cie Pardès rimonim) pour lequel il a réalisé la plupart de ces compositions.
Artiste hors du temps, Ghédalia Tazartès a partagé des collaborations hallucinantes notamment avec Alain Gigout, Michel Chion, Philippe Adrien ou François Verret.

Reaching for and recreating the dialects found in types of ethnical music, Ghédalia Tazartès invents an imaginary world for himself, which seems to draw inspiration from forgotten traditions. He is an ingenious, dextrous musician capable of reproducing extraordinary sounds and accents, and in this work too he unleashes a flood of sounds and noises. Strange voices and hallucinatory melodies weave the framework of a music tape which revolves around the theatrical production "Jeanne", for which he has produced most of his compositions.
